Houston ROCKS for Hurricane Katrina Relief - 1

Houston ROCKS for Hurricane Katrina Relief 1 was held September 10-11, 2005 at NUMBERS Nightclub in Houston. The event was a success, raising $6,695 in cash donations to the relief effort along with many bags and boxes of clothing, toys, and other items donated to those impacted by Hurricane Katrina. The cash donations were distributed to the American Red Cross Dance Community Cares account; the McCormick Tribune Foundation Hurricane Katrina Relief Campaign; The Musicians Benevolent Society of Houston NOAH fund (providing employment and relocation aid to musicians displaced by Hurricane Katrina); and to Liezel's Cause.
